Frequently Asked Questions
Is my recording uploaded?
No. The recording is turned into text inside your browser and never leaves your device. The only download is the speech model itself, 249 MB from Hugging Face, once.
How accurate is it?
It is a machine draft and it makes mistakes, especially with dates, names, amounts and mixed Malay and English. Clear audio helps. Always check it against the recording before sharing the minutes.
Does it write the minutes for me?
It writes the transcript, and you fill in the minutes form from it. If the meeting is not confidential, you can also paste the transcript into an AI service of your choice to get a first version.
How long does it take?
On a recent computer, about 20 to 25 minutes for a one-hour meeting. Phones are much slower and may run out of memory, so a computer works best.
